Slab roller with micro adjustment

The slab roller was designed specifically for rolling out very thin porcelain sheets and incorporates two handles to adjust the height in very small increments at either end.
The large six-inch diameter stainless steel roller is moved along by a rack and pinion which make sure that the roller is parallel all the time to the ends. On reflection I should have extended the length of the racks encompass the full length of the slab roller but funds were not available at the time.
The handles which move the pattern are adjusted by two scroll cams and also a large plate underneath the pattern for large incremental changes.
